Shipping and Returns
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 being posted within Australia. For orders under $100 a flat $10 shipping fee will occur.
We use an Australia Post signature on delivery service to ensure that all items arrive safely at their designated address. If you would prefer your item to be left in a safe location at the delivery address then please specify in your order notes.
We also ship to USA, New Zealand and Singapore at an additional cost. Please contact us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au for a shipping price.

OUR RETURNS POLICY Full priced footwear and clothing purchases are eligible to return for exchange, store credit, or refund, provided the shoes are returned within 30-days of receiving them, and in an as-new condition with all original packaging and components included. Items being returned for a refund incur a 3% (of purchase price) return fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. Sale items which are reduced 20% or more are eligible for a store credit only. Refunds are processed via original payment method. Your financial institution may take between 3-5 business days to allocate the funds to your account. Return postage is payable by the customer and Australia Post is recommended. To create a return through Australia Post click here. When returning your items, please complete the Greens Footwear returns card located with your purchase and package your items in a satchel (original satchel is acceptable). An additional $5 restocking fee will apply on any orders where the box is damaged by postage labels or tape being applied directly to the shoe box. We accept returns by post or items by be dropped off in store. Greens Footwear was established in Cronulla Mall, Sydney in 1963 by Alan and Louise Green. Taos Encore
I have been wearing Taos shoes for the past 5-6 years. I have always had trouble fitting shoes as my feet are long and narrow; and I have trouble with a hammer toe and an in-ground toenail, so require a deep toe cap in closed in shoes during the cooler months. This is my second pair of Taos Encore as the previous ones were comfortable from the first day I wore them in 2014 until now - 5 years later! I like these shoes as they can cover my feet for warmth in the winter (sometimes wet days) but are also great between seasons. I have worn them all day everyday and the cushioning and elastic sides make them so comfortable. After years of wear my old shoes were still in great condition - just the soles had worn. The removable innersole also makes Encore ideal for those using orthotics. I have only had my new pair a week but I am loving them already!

Taos Encore
I have been a long term buyer of Taos. The Encore replaces the Bungy Jump style that I had been buying for the last 10 years or so. Consistent sizing and quality is important to me as I have orthotics - and Taos sizing allows me to buy my size and know they will always fit. The design allows extra height and space around my smaller toes which is helpful for arthritic feet. These shoes will last me over a year, which is quite good, given the pressure I put on them.

Taos Shoes are the best!
I love the Taos brand. Their sizing is consistent year after year, they have a level of comfort even for my hard-to-fit feet, I can walk or stand in them for hours. They can be dressed up for entertainment, or dressed down for day wear. They last in very good condition for 2 years even if worn every day. I have a pair of ankle boots that I bought in Taos in 2012, tramped New York in for a week, and they are still going, and still comfortable. Best of all, they keep the same styles year after year - with only minor decorative modifications - and the same sizing across the styles so once you get your size is easy to order online.
