SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 being posted within Australia. For orders under $100 a flat $10 shipping fee will occur.

We use an Australia Post signature on delivery service to ensure that all items arrive safely at their designated address. If you would prefer your item to be left in a safe location at the delivery address then please specify in your order notes.

We also ship to USA, New Zealand and Singapore at an additional cost. Please contact us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au for a shipping price.

NOTE: there are restrictions on some products being shipped to International destinations.

 

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Full priced footwear and clothing purchases are eligible to return for exchange, store credit, or refund, provided the shoes are returned within 30-days of receiving them, and in an as-new condition with all original packaging and components included. Items purchased via PayPal being returned for a refund incur up to a 3% (of purchase price) return fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Sale items which are reduced more than 20% are eligible for a store credit only.

Refunds are processed via original payment method. Your financial institution may take between 3-5 business days to allocate the funds to your account.

Return postage is payable by the customer and Australia Post is recommended. To create a return through Australia Post click here. When returning your items, please complete the Greens Footwear returns card located with your purchase and package your items in a satchel (original satchel is acceptable). An additional $5 restocking fee will apply on any orders where the box is damaged by postage labels or tape being applied directly to the shoe box.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au with the following details;

  1. Order Number
  2. Details of the fault
  3. Photos
    • Soles of both shoes
    • Tops of both shoes
    • Fault

Please allow up to 48hrs for our faulty claims manager to respond to your email.
