Shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 being posted within Australia. For orders under $100 a flat $10 shipping fee will occur.

We use an Australia Post signature on delivery service to ensure that all items arrive safely at their designated address. If you would prefer your item to be left in a safe location at the delivery address then please specify in your order notes.

We also ship to USA, New Zealand and Singapore at an additional cost. Please contact us at sales@greensfootwear.com.au for a shipping price.

NOTE: there are restrictions on some products being shipped to International destinations.

 

Green’s Online Returns Policy

Because sometimes the perfect fit takes a second try.

Returning Full-Priced Items

We want you to love your shoes! If they’re not quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order for:

  • An exchange
  • A store credit
  • Or a refund

To be eligible, items must be:
✔️ Unworn
✔️ In original condition
✔️ With all packaging and components (just how they arrived)

We inspect and document every order before sending it out — and again when it comes back — to make sure everything’s in great shape.

Used or damaged items can’t be returned and will need to be collected by the customer.

Note: Swimwear can’t be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.


What About Sale Items?

Items marked down by more than 20% can be returned for:

  • Store credit only
  • ✅ No refunds on these sale items, sorry!

We want you to shop confidently, so if you're unsure about sizing or fit, get in touch — we’re happy to help before you buy.


Refunds & Fees

If you request a refund and paid via PayPal or card, a merchant fee of up to 3% may be deducted — that’s just to cover the non-refundable processing fees we get charged.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your bank may take 3–5 business days to process the funds.


Exchanges Made Easy

Need a different size or style? No problem.
We’ll send your exchange pair out on us — free shipping from Green’s to you. 


Sending Your Return

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using Australia Post for reliable tracking.

Please:

  • Pack items securely (you can reuse our satchel)
  • Include your Green’s returns card
  • Don’t stick tape or labels directly on the shoebox

⚠️ A $5 restocking fee applies if the shoebox is damaged or returned with labels on it.

Faulty Items

Think your item might be faulty? We’re here to help.
Please email sales@greensfootwear.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the fault
  • Clear photos of:
    • The tops and soles of both shoes
    • The specific fault

Our claims team will review it and get back to you within 48 hours.
